Together, we validate the strategy best suited to your situation, define the type of brokerage contract (exclusive or non-exclusive) and outline the next steps in the process.
Marketing
Once the strategy has been defined, we take action. We organize a professional photo and video shoot and deploy a targeted marketing plan to maximize your property's visibility. We regularly present the offers received, assist potential buyers in obtaining financing, and refer only serious, qualified buyers to you.
Closing the sale
We present the offers received and help you analyze them. We advise you on the choice of notary and define with you the most suitable type of sale - direct sale or forward sale. Once all the elements have been put together, we proceed with the signing, thus concluding the transaction under the best possible conditions.
