Leysin is a Swiss commune in the canton of Vaud, located in the district of Aigle at an altitude of 1,260 m. It is a mountain community in the Vaud Pre-Alps.

The plot is located in a mixed-use zone.

AFFECTATION:
This zone is assigned to commercial, craft or industrial establishments that do not cause inconvenience outside the zone.

Housing may also be authorized here, where compatible with neighboring operations.

DISTANCE TO BORDERS:
The distance between facades not set on an alignment and the neighboring property line, if there is no alignment plan, is at least 5 meters. This distance is doubled between buildings on the same property.


USE INDICE:
The buildable volume is 3m³ per m² of land.

For buildings or parts of buildings used for residential purposes, the rules of collective housing zone B (art. 24bis) apply.

ARBORIZATION :
The Municipality may impose the planting of curtains of trees, hedges or lawns along public roads or neighboring property boundaries. In such cases, it determines the species to be used.
